Functional Systems Admin

Working as part of the team in identifying and designing requirements, system development, testing, training and support. Responsible for planning, coordination and integration activities across the various project teams. Will be involved in facilitating blueprint sessions and being a thought-leader regarding setting up and designing how the SAP ERP module will be laid out and mapped to the existing systems. Will design technology and implementation within SAP, including the technical validation of business process designs. Drive the design and implement reports, interfaces and data conversions.Will work on an integrated, quality technology platform. Will document SAP configuration, design and implementation elements allowing easy support and knowledge transfer.

Will establish strong business relationships to identify opportunities for process improvements .Will work with future releases of functionality on integration, configuration and compliance. Will also support SAP for end users with the responsibility of addressing functional, process, security and other issues related to SAP . Will resolve cases in a timely fashion. Will solve problems including transactions that are not flowing correctly & resolving system coding or configuration bugs. Using each support call and project as an opportunity to train the user on how to more effectively use SAP. Will conduct face-to-face discussions with process owners and business leaders and make proactive recommendations for process improvement.
