Vandana Padgaonkar - President and CEO

Vandana has a Bachelors in Engineering from MNREC, Allahabad with a specialization in Computer Applications. She has over 17 years of engineering and IT consulting experience with renowned companies such as Octamec and AFCONS in India. She was one of the first consultants in Premier Technologies Inc (now Corpus Inc.) in the United States of America, consulting in fortune 500 companies such as Unisys, Ameritech, ADT, Tyco, to name a few in areas of Peoplesoft and Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning applications.

Ramesh Padgaonkar – EVP, Legal and Finance

Ramesh Padgaonkar holds a Masters Degree in Commerce from the University of Bombay, a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, A Diploma in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management and is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers and has written several best sellers on Treasury and Risk Management for the Indian Institute of Bankers. He has over
30 years of banking experience starting from Bank of Baroda and as Deputy General Manager in Corporation Bank and has
held several key portfolios in areas of Training, Foreign Exchange and International Banking, Treasury and Merchant Banking Divisions amongst several others.

Deepak Padgaonkar – EVP, Technology

Deepak is a merit scholar holding a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from MNREC, Allahabad and is pursuing the Doctor-Juris Degree from the Concord University, California USA. He is a registered member of the Bar Association of California and a
senior associate member of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) and one of the leading corporate member executives at the ISA(Instruments Society of America). He has over 17 years of education and IT consulting experience. He has worked as a Lecturer for Engineering graduates at Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Shah and Anchor College of Engineering in Mumbai, India. He has worked at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a Project Manager for EX2.0 – one of the leading accounting products of the time sold by TCS in over 27 countries. Also as one of the first consultant coming from India in CyberTech Systems, he went on to becoming the Practice Director for SAP Consulting Services, leading a practice that had a revenue of US $78 Million at its peak and has consulted with several multinational organizations such as Motorola, Hoechst, Celanese, Boeing, Mitsubishi, ROSS, Nokia, Acer, NORTEL, Apple Computers, Westell, PCMC, NAL, Akey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania – State System of Higher Education in the USA. He is certified by SAP, HP, Oracle, ITIL and
i2 Technologies in several products and technologies.

Aparna Bichu – Managing Director, V3iT India

Aparna holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering from University of Mumbai and has over 12 years of engineering experience and ERP implementation experience at Pyro Electric Instruments and Goa Thermostatic Instruments in Goa. She is a certified auditor from Lloyds for ISO 9001. She is certified by SAP in various modules.

Aparna is the key person managing the technology development, delivery and ISO-9001 and SEI-CMM standardization effort in V3iT Consulting, India.

Vinayak Sohoni – Director, V3iT India

Vinayak holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and has over 25 years of Engineering experience and ERP and other software implementation experience at Mazgaon Docks in Mumbai, India.

Vinayak is the key person responsible for the administrative and operational business aspects of V3iT Consulting, India.
